Look through categories like NDAs, leases, employment, and IP, or search for the document you need. Every template is free to use — no account or card required.
Fill it in and send
Pick a template, add your details in Docracy's editor, and send it for sequential e-signature — the same free flow as any document you'd upload yourself.
Or submit your own
Have a document you'd like other people to be able to use? Prepare it in Docracy and submit it to the Marketplace directly from the editor — anyone can submit, no paid plan required.
Every submission is reviewed before it goes live
Nothing is published automatically. Our team checks each submitted template for appropriateness before it appears in the Marketplace, so what you find there has actually been looked at by a person — not just uploaded and forgotten.

What is the Docracy Template Marketplace?
It's a free, public library of document templates — Docracy's own attorney-reviewed templates plus templates submitted by other users. Anyone can browse and use any template for free; anyone can also submit one of their own.
Is it really free to use a template?
Yes. Filling in a template and sending it for signature uses Docracy's free, no-account sequential signing flow — the same one available for any document.
Can I submit my own template?
Yes. Prepare your document in Docracy's editor, then use "Submit to Marketplace" to add a title and category. No account, signup, or paid plan is required to submit.
Are submitted templates checked before they're published?
Yes, every single one. Submissions go into a review queue and only appear in the Marketplace once our team has approved them — there's no automatic publishing path.
What's the difference between a Docracy template and a Community template?
Docracy templates are drafted in-house and reviewed by attorney for legal clarity. Community templates are submitted by other users and reviewed only for appropriateness, not legal accuracy — read one carefully before relying on it, and each is clearly badged so you always know which kind you're looking at.
